New RFA LP Available for Streaming & Purchase

The self-titled full-length debut from RFA lulls you in before hitting you like a much-needed shot of adrenaline. That insatiable desire to break loose thrives in these musical surroundings. Infectious energy rains down in concise/accessible instrumental potency and relatable lyrics that catch in the corners of you consciousness. The "four bright, strapping young gentlemen who play Rock N' Roll" will be in Manayunk this Sunday, April 15 as part of the StrEAT Food Festival.

New Track: "Goodbye, Stranger" - RFA

Ahead of releasing their self-titled debut album, RFA just shared a new single. “Goodbye, Stranger” serves as an upbeat invitation to take a relationship to the next level. There’s an infectious, harmony-rich hook, with a call for efficiency, and it quickly fizzles. You can catch the band’s release show this Saturday, April 7 at PhilaMOCA, with Secret American and Del Water Gap.

New Track: "Down Your Street" - RFA

The quartet of RFA is slated to release its self-titled debut album on April 6. Recorded at Miner Street Recordings, it’s latest single, “Down Your Street,” balances the bass bumping at the door with the silky thread of guitar underneath. Caught in the circular trap of reflecting in the midst of moving on, a sweet sadness results. RFA will be holding its record release celebration on Saturday, April 7 at PhilaMOCA, supported by Secret American and Del Water Gap.

New RFA Soundtrack Available for Streaming & Download

The quartet of RFA have provided the soundtrack for a short comedy film, directed by Drexel grad Jason Gong, entitled The Girl With The Nose Ring. The music captures a surf-swaying sense of nostalgia. Those breezy romantic/yearning vibes cause one's focus to pleasantly drift. The band is currently slated to perform with Rent Party and Gus Dapperton on Saturday, November 18 at PhilaMOCA.

New Track: "Suzie Lee" - RFA

Bass and guitar stream out in unison as “Suzie Lee,” the new single from RFA, settles in. A youthful, yearning tale strolling on anecdotes of adolescence, the song joyously jogs before catching instrumental fire. It’s the type of song that’ll lift you out of these back-to-work blues. RFA is part of a tri-pronged billing tomorrow night at PhilaMOCA with Dear Forbidden and The Coax. (Photo by Rocco Avallone)
