New Track: "I Can't Love Anyone" - Secret Nudist Friends

Recorded and mixed at The Headroom by Kyle Pulley, “I Can’t Love Anyone” is the new single from the quartet of Secret Nudist Friends. Sitting in a warped, kaleidoscopic groove, casual honesty gradually morphs into the looming pain of loneliness. You can find this impassioned, garage-psych gem on the band's upcoming split EP, So Cool, with Blushed, which is due out on June 22 via Good How Are You Records. You can catch Secret Nudist Friends at Undergrounds Arts on Sunday, June 10, supporting La Luz and Timothy Eerie.

New Music Video: "Lima Beans" - Secret Nudist Friends

Featured on their EP Susan, Secret Nudist Friends recently shared a video for the single, “Lima Beans”. Shot at Tralfamadore, the band invites one to step inside, sit down, and have a beverage. That, coupled with up-close performance footage, captures a hazy, garage-psych atmosphere. Secret Nudist Friends are slated on a billing tonight at Kung Fu Necktie that will include Gender Work, Kelsey Cork & The Swigs, and The Smirks. They will also be presenting their first official music video at Good How Are You #2, a local artist showcase being held next Thursday, January 18 at Tralfamadore.

New Track: "Get Over It" - Tinmouth

Surprise Time, the forthcoming sophomore album from Tinmouth, is scheduled to arrive on June 2. Set into percussive motion, “Get Over It” is the melodically-sustained tale of maintaining the will to fight, despite consistent losses. While the message is delivered with a self-assured, positive confidence, the harshness of reality still smacks down. Ortlieb’s will host Tinmouth’s record release show on Friday, June 2 with Secret Nudist FriendsLittle Kicks, and Journalism.

New Secret Nudist Friends EP Available for Streaming & Purchase

Secret Nudist Friends is made up of Matty Klauser, Andy Slepman and Brian Hullihen, who craft jaunty pop creations that draw upon elements of surf, psychedelic, and contemporary indie rock. Klauser’s background in opera and musical theatre allows him to deliver compelling vocal performances, while providing catchy guitar hooks. The band just released its new four-song EP Susan, which you can stream and purchase below. Secret Nudist Friends will also be celebrating the album’s arrival with a performance tonight at Tralfamadore, where they’ll be supported by Honeytiger, Psychiatric Metaphors, The Off White, and The Vernes, before heading on tour down south to SXSW.
